In order to ﬁt the Chicco AutoFix or Chicco KeyFit car seats, the

adapter must be ﬁtted to the Chicco Urban stroller.

WARNINGS

Ǧ WARNING: The adapter can

only be used with the Chicco

Urban Stroller.

Ǧ WARNING: Only the Chic-

co AutoFix or Chicco KeyFit

car seats can be ﬁtted to this

adapter.

Ǧ WARNING: Before use, check

correct ﬁxing of the adapter to

the frame of the stroller.

ǦWARNING: Before use, check

correct ﬁxing of the car seat to

the adapter, pulling it upwards.

When not in use, keep the adapter out of reach of children.

The adapter is provided dismantled and consists of 4 components

(ﬁg. 1-1A)

For assembly of the components refer to the images, making sure

that the metal pins (ﬁg 2) are correctly inserted into the relative

holes.

Insert the tube A ﬁtted with two metal pins, positioned at the

ends of the tube, into the plastic corners of the tubes B and C (Fig.

3-3A). To ﬁnish the assembly operation, insert the tube D into the

tubes B and C (ﬁg. 4-4A).

Once assembly has been completed, the adapter is ready to be

ﬁtted onto the stroller. (ﬁg.5).

WARNING: The adapter should be ﬁtted as illustrated in ﬁgure 6.

At this point the car seat can be ﬁtted.

In order to ﬁt the Chicco AutoFix Fast car seat, insert the pins of

the car seat in to the adapter at the same time, until a double click

conﬁrming correct ﬁxing, is heard. The AutoFix car seat can only

be ﬁtted facing the parent pushing the stroller (ﬁg. 7).

In order to ﬁt the Chicco KeyFit car seat, it must be positioned

on the adapter until a double click conﬁrming correct ﬁxing, is

heard. The Keyﬁt car seat may be ﬁtted in two different conﬁgura-

tions: facing the direction of travel or facing the parent pushing

the stroller. We recommend ﬁtting facing the parent pushing the

stroller for greater visual control of the child.

Please consult the relative instructions for information on how to

ﬁt and remove the child car seat.

In order to remove the adapter from the structure of the stroller,

work, at the same time, on the buttons indicated in ﬁgure 9. At

this point it is possible to install the seat previously removed.

ADVICE FOR CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Cleaning and maintenance operations should only be carried out

by an adult.

CLEANING

Dry the metal parts, after possible contact with water, in order

to avoid the formation of rust. Do not use solvents or abrasive

products for cleaning. After use keep the adapter in a dry place.
